The hotelier Wilhelm Geist built the hotel and named it
“Grand Hotel Geist”.

The “Grand Hotel Geist” is sold to the Hohlbein family.

The “Grand Hotel Geist” was rebranded to “Hotel Bielefelder Hof”.

During the second world war the hotel was occupied by the english military.

Rudolf Schultze is the new owner of the hotel “Bielefelder Hof”

The “Bielefelder Hof” was managed by the Schultze family as a family business.

After its sale, the “Bielefelder Hof” was no longer used as a hotel.

From 1989 to 1991 the hotel was rebuilt. The result is a remarkable building consisting of a historical and a new part.

Mövenpick Hotels International became the new management of the traditional hotel.

The Hotel Bielefelder Hof becomes independent again and is now privately run.

In July, the “Bielefelder Hof” is completely rebuilt and renovated.

On 1st July the hotel is taken over by LFPI Hotels Management II GmbH and will continue to be managed as the “Hotel Bielefelder Hof”.
